About the Producer
Château Malherbe, rooted in the rich history of the Fort de Brégançon, has been cultivated by the Ferrari family for four generations. This biodynamic estate, certified by Demeter since 2021, emphasizes organic practices, having refrained from synthetic herbicides since 1940. The estate features two distinct terroirs: the maritime-influenced Pointe du Diable, producing fresh wines with iodine notes, and the clay-schist Malherbe terroir, known for its concentrated, complex wines ideal for gourmet pairings. Hand-harvested grapes are vinified parcel by parcel, ensuring quality and minimal use of sulfites. Today, Sébastien and Romain Ferrari continue the family’s legacy of excellence in winemaking.
