Domaine du Cellier aux Moines is a historic winery located in Givry, Burgundy, France, with a rich heritage dating back nearly seven centuries. Originally part of the Abbey of La Ferté’s wine-producing property, the estate was acquired by Philippe and Catherine Pascal in 2004. The winery spans 13 hectares, including 5 hectares of Premier Cru vineyards, and features a unique full-gravity winery built in an old quarry, minimizing oxidation during the winemaking process. Under the guidance of winemaker Guillaume Marko, the estate focuses on producing high-quality wines, primarily from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, while adhering to sustainable practices.
