About the Producer

Chateau Long-Depaquit is located at the heart of the village of Chablis , in Burgundy's Yonne department. A stroll through the estate's grounds, which boast centuries-old trees and a rose garden, offers a unique, timeless experience. An exceptional 65-hectare legacy, our vineyards benefit from a sustainable approach to viticulture. Limiting yields and keeping interventions to a minimum during the vinification process help create authentic, mineral, elegant wines. Barrel aging is used in moderation to best preserve the expression of each terroir. A new winery was built at the estate in 2014. Not only is it more eco-friendly, it also allows us to continue to improve the quality of our wines by giving them more purity and precision.
