Description
One of the world's oldest alcoholic beverages, Tai Jiao wine - a type of yellow rice wine - is made from two base wines: Jiao San Wine and Shan San Wine. - Shan San Wine was first created by Shen Yonghe Distillery in 1890. The mother and son soy sauce of this distillery are very famous. The workers were inspired by this and tried to use the principle of mother and son soy sauce (where soy sauce replaces water) to brew Shaoxing wine, in order to improve the quality of the wine and achieve success. "Shan" means good, and "bai" means wine mother. Tai Jiao Wine is the excellent mother and son wine. The color is deep and rich, the rice aroma is moderate, it is sweet, and it is the perfect match for crabs.
