About the Producer
Champagne Marguet is a House located at Ambonnay whose vineyard in itself represents 7.30 hectares then composed of several parcels or lieux-dits located in these prestigious villages that are Bouzy, Chouilly, Avize, Aÿ, and the Mesnil on Oger, all of which are classified as Grands Crus among the Rares, they are 17 only-classified Grand Cru. The vines rest on limestone soils and the average age of the vines is 40 years, all cared for in biodynamic, phytotherapy and aromatherapy All the grapes are harvested by hand and once pressed, the wines are isolated, listed by place-dits in tuns and barrels and on lees. These lieux-dits will then be included under the same name to authenticate, each the origin of each bottle of Champagne. All the work in the cellar is carried out by gravitation, particularly at the level of filtration, and the care given to the wines is in perfect adequacy with the naturotherapy.
